
Nashik (Correspondent): The maximum temperature in Nashik has risen by 3°C above the average, with the city recording a high of 38.7°C on Wednesday—the highest so far this season.
For the past three days, the scorching heat has intensified in Nashik and surrounding areas, causing discomfort among residents.
Over the past week, Nashik’s weather has changed drastically. The maximum temperature suddenly spiked, rising from 33°C to over 37°C. With just ten days into March, the city—known for its pleasant climate—is already experiencing intense heat, making residents anxious about the extreme temperatures expected in April and May.
Along with the rise in maximum temperature, the minimum temperature has also increased, leading to uncomfortable nights. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 19.4°C. The intense heat was felt throughout the day, and by afternoon, the streets wore a deserted look as people avoided stepping out in the scorching sun.
